The theme for 2017 is “A Fairytale Christmas”. After the parade the community is invited to the Spring Fair on Stirling Oval for an array of entertainment from live music, children’s entertainment, bouncy castle, sideshows, face painting, free kids craft and food stalls.
At 9:30am on Saturday 18 November, the whistle will blow to signal the beginning of the 85th Credit Union Christmas Pageant. It’s the traditional start to the festive season in South Australia and the most magical single day family experience in Australia, with more than 320,000 happy faces annually lining the 3.3-kilometre route.
The Mount Gambier Christmas Parade is truly an iconic event in the community. Most residents of Mount Gambier have been part of its annual event at some stage in their lives. Each year, there is a huge Christmas tree, Santa Clause, floats and music which makes this a great day out for the whole family!
Thousands of visitors and locals flock to the streets of Port Adelaide to witness a Parade that celebrates both the festive season and the vibrant Port Adelaide Enfield community. The FREE After Party kicks off at 7pm and culminates with a festive fireworks display at 9pm.
The heart of Murray Bridge comes alive as the spirit of Christmas parades through Bridge street and concludes at Sturt Reserve, where festivities continue with the Riverfront Festival followed by a spectacular display of fireworks!
The 2017 Norwood Christmas Pageant is set to light up The Parade, Norwood on Saturday 25 November with colourful floats, music and entertainment including live bands, clowns, dancers, fairies and more.
Starting at the corner of Anderson Walk and Queen Street, Smithfield, and finishing at Munno Para Shopping City. After the Pageant follow Santa into Munno Para Shopping City for photographs, free face paining and lots more!
The Pageant (from 10am-11am) will again bring Christies Beach to life with marching bands, festive floats, clowns, elves and jolly Santa himself. After the Pageant, festivities continue at Christmas in the Park in Rotary Park from 11am-1pm.
The Pageant will travel along Jetty Road, Glenelg from Rose Street into Colley Terrace. Following the pageant head to Moseley Square for more entertainment and your chance to meet the man himself, Santa!
this Pageant is the 2nd oldest in the State having been run for over 52 years. The parade starts at 6.30pm from the corner of Main Road / Gulfview Road in Blackwood and finishes in the Waite Reserve behind Coles Supermarket.
Starts at 10.30am. Join bands, sporting and service clubs, local schools and businesses in celebrating the approach of the Festive Season. With amusements, face painting, rides, community stalls and entertainment from 9am in Civic Square.
The pageant begins at 7pm from Memorial Drive and will travel in a clockwise direction along Gertrude, David and Ellen Streets before making it's way down Norman Street to return to Memorial Park. Join family and friends in Memorial Park before and after the pageant for food, drinks, market stalls, music and entertainment between 5:30pm and 10pm.
Join Father Christmas and Carols by the Sea at the annual Rotary Victor Harbor Christmas Pageant. Pageant floats commence on Bridge Terrace, and then travelling along Hindmarsh Road and then down Ocean Street, the heart of Victor Harbor’s MainStreet Precinct and finishing on Warland Reserve.
Come along and join the festivities at the annual Woodside Christmas Parade as it loops around Onkaparinga Valley Road. Cheer for the clowns and the silly costumes, wave to local children, enjoy a treat, and get excited about the jolly man in the red suit.
